01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bet55game" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform available at bet55game.bet, including all games, features, promotions and services offered through the platform.
• "Platform" means the bet55game website, mobile browser version and any applications made available to players for the purpose of accessing bet55game services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on bet55game or who uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created on bet55game and associated with a single registered mobile number and identity.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded by bet55game through promotions, welcome offers, referral rewards or other bonus programmes that carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player directly through a payment method, net of any fees, that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible betting or gaming activity that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time by bet55game.

02Eligibility

Access to and use of bet55game is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. bet55game is strictly an adult platform. Providing false information about your age during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds.
2. You are registering voluntarily and are not acting under duress, coercion or on behalf of another person.
3. You are the sole owner of and have full authority over the payment methods you use to deposit funds into your bet55game Account.
4. You have not previously been excluded from bet55game or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request that remains active.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bet55game. Persons with insider access to platform mechanics, odds-setting or game configuration are not eligible to play.
6. You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are using your own discretionary funds and are not gaming with money required for essential living expenses, rent, loan repayments or other financial obligations.

03Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on bet55game. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different devices or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet55game uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations and any accounts identified as duplicates will be merged or closed at the platform's discretion, with associated bonus funds cancelled.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly by contacting bet55game support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bet55game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bet55game support immediately.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your bet55game account is personal to you and must not be accessed or used by any other person, including family members. Winnings generated through a shared account may be voided and the account closed.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bet55game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals to non-Pakistani bank accounts or foreign payment systems.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers to all major Pakistani banks, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval, twenty-four hours a day. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within ten minutes. IBFT bank transfers clear within one to two banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are subject to the issuing bank's processing timeline, typically one to three business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal per day for verified accounts in good standing, though very large single withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification at bet55game's discretion to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

bet55game does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — players are encouraged to check their wallet provider's terms for applicable charges.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts in the same name as the registered bet55game account.
• Third-party withdrawals — payments to a name other than the account holder — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Funds deposited through a specific payment method may be required to be returned through the same method up to the amount deposited before alternative withdrawal routes are available.
• If a deposit fails after a payment has been deducted from your wallet or bank account, contact support immediately with the transaction reference. Do not re-attempt the deposit until the original transaction has been investigated.

05Bonuses, Promotions & the Wagering Requirement

bet55game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, tournament prize pools and other promotional offers to registered players. Every bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. These Terms and Conditions set out the general framework that applies to all bet55game bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds awarded to a player's account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means Rs 5,000 of qualifying game activity must be completed before the bonus (and any associated winnings) can be withdrawn. The required multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of offer.

Eligible Games: Not all games on bet55game contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and Ludo Games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Card games and Andar Bahar typically contribute between 50% and 100%. Cricket betting contributes at a rate specified in the individual offer terms. Always check the specific bonus terms to understand which game categories contribute toward your current wagering requirement.

• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the bet55game platform.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, which will be shown on the bonus offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• bet55game reserves the right to alter, cancel or reclaim any bonus if evidence of abuse, exploitation or fraudulent play is detected. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — low-variance betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• bet55game may modify or discontinue any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Offers already activated by players at the point of modification are honoured under the terms active at the time of activation.

06Gaming Rules — General

The following general rules apply to all game types on bet55game. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bets and game actions confirmed by a player are final. bet55game does not accept requests to reverse, cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in the specific circumstances set out in these Terms (such as a game technical error or void event).

Technical Errors & Malfunctions: If a technical error or system malfunction occurs during a game session on bet55game — including server disconnection, software fault or incorrect odds display — bet55game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player's wallet. Winnings derived from a clearly incorrect payout arising from a technical error may be voided. bet55game will communicate transparently about any material technical issues affecting game outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game on bet55game has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by bet55game at any time. Players who attempt to place bets outside stated limits will receive an error message before confirmation — no bet outside the displayed limits will be accepted.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient wallet balance before placing a bet or entering a game table.
• Bet55game's random number generators used in RNG-based games are independently certified for fairness. Players cannot claim compensation for losses arising from unfavourable RNG outcomes where the RNG is certified and functioning correctly.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Use of any automated software, bot, script or third-party tool to interact with bet55game's game interfaces is strictly prohibited.

07Cricket Betting Rules

The following specific terms apply to all cricket betting activity on bet55game in addition to the general gaming rules in Section 6.

Minimum Overs for Official Result: For a cricket match to be settled as a result rather than voided, the minimum number of overs required for an official result under the playing conditions of the relevant competition must have been completed. If play ends before this threshold, all match-winner markets are voided and stakes returned.

DLS Results: Where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied due to weather or other interruption, the DLS-adjusted result is treated as the official match result for betting settlement purposes.

Abandoned Matches: If a match is officially abandoned without a result being declared, all pre-match bets on that fixture are voided. In-play bets placed after a minimum result threshold has been passed may be settled according to the in-play market terms displayed at the time the bet was placed.

• Odds on bet55game are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at bet55game's discretion — for example, during a wicket, review or unusual stoppage.
• Player prop bets (top batsman, top wicket-taker, etc.) are settled based on official match scorecards from the relevant cricket board. Unofficial or provisional scorecards are not used for settlement.
• Tournament outright bets remain open until the final of the relevant competition. If a team withdraws from a tournament before their final match, outright bets involving that team are voided and stakes returned.

08Refer a Friend Programme

bet55game's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn referral bonuses by introducing new players to the platform. The programme operates under the following specific terms in addition to the general bonus terms in Section 5.

A qualifying referral is defined as a new player who registers a bet55game account using your unique referral link, completes the account verification process, makes a qualifying first deposit of the minimum amount stated in the current Refer a Friend offer terms, and completes the minimum qualifying game activity associated with the promotion at the time of their registration.

• Referral bonuses are credited to the referring player's wallet after the referred player's qualifying conditions are confirmed — this typically occurs within 24 hours of the referred player meeting all conditions.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create a second account — are not permitted and constitute a breach of these Terms. Both accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Referring players to bet55game for payment, as part of a commercial arrangement not authorised by bet55game, is not permitted.
• bet55game reserves the right to modify the Refer a Friend bonus amount, qualifying conditions or programme structure at any time. Changes apply to new referrals from the effective date of the change.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirements described in Section 5 unless the specific Refer a Friend offer terms state otherwise.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bet55game. Players found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, with associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification, including false name, date of birth, mobile number or payment account ownership.
• Using bet55game for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or accessing bet55game on behalf of an excluded or suspended player.
• Exploiting software errors, calculation mistakes or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous display may be voided by bet55game.
• Using bots, automated scripts or any non-human interaction with the bet55game platform, including for placing bets, entering tournaments or claiming bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player game formats, including Ludo Games and live card games, to manipulate outcomes.
• Communicating bet55game system vulnerabilities to third parties rather than disclosing them to bet55game support under responsible disclosure.
• Attempting to access areas of the bet55game platform or systems beyond the standard player interface.

10Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

bet55game reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, if a legally required review process requires account suspension, or if the player requests account closure.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's wallet balance is frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account is reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, bet55game will determine the appropriate disposition of the balance depending on the nature of the breach — ranging from partial forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings to full forfeiture in cases of fraud.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their bet55game account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. bet55game will attempt to contact the player through their registered contact details before any dormancy policy takes effect. Any real money balance in a dormant account remains the player's property — bet55game will facilitate withdrawal upon successful re-authentication.

11Responsible Gaming

bet55game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers a full suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every player at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases — this asymmetric delay is intentional and is designed to prevent impulsive limit increases.
• Loss Limits: Players can set maximum net loss limits over daily, weekly or monthly periods. When the limit is reached, betting and gaming activity is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure pop-up reminders that appear after a set duration of continuous play, prompting a voluntary break.
• Cool-Down Period: A temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days can be activated instantly from the account settings. During a cool-down period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal of real money funds but no new bets or deposits can be placed.
• Full Self-Exclusion: Players can request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from bet55game by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and blocks re-registration. bet55game takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them within one hour of receipt during support operating hours.

12Limitation of Liability

bet55game provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet55game's liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — including losses from game outcomes, technical interruptions, payment delays or account actions — is limited to the amount of real money deposited by that player and held in their wallet at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

bet55game is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own betting and gaming decisions, including poor strategy, misunderstanding of game rules or emotional decision-making.
• Losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, device malfunction or power failure on the player's side.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or banking institutions.
• Loss of data or account information caused by the player's own actions, including failure to maintain secure login credentials.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the bet55game platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, icons, interface layouts, text, video content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bet55game or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet55game platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the bet55game platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any bet55game software.
• Use bet55game branding, logos or game assets for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on bet55game's game designs, interfaces or content.

Unauthorised use of bet55game intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who identify intellectual property issues — including unauthorised copies of bet55game content — are encouraged to report them to support@bet55game.bet.

14Amendments to These Terms

bet55game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect player rights, payment terms, bonus structures or game rules — will be communicated to registered players through in-platform notification and/or email or SMS to the registered contact details at least seven days before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including clarifications, formatting corrections and editorial updates that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is updated on every revision.

Continued use of bet55game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of your real money wallet balance before the amendment takes effect.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes about their formation, validity, interpretation, breach or termination — are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bet55game's platform as constituted at the time of the relevant dispute.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute with bet55game, the first step is to contact our support team at support@bet55game.bet with full details of the matter. bet55game aims to respond to all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve substantive disputes within 14 working days of receiving all required information from the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. This clause does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
